About Us
The Community Tutoring Foundation is a commuity based organization that has been offering Pre-GED and GED tutorial classes for the St. Maarten public since 2004.
The foundation has been instrumental in advancing the effectiveness of GED tutorial classes by being the first to design and full implement an effective Pre-GED program in the Netherlands Antilles. This Pre-GED tutorial program is the only one of its kind in St. Maarten.
In addition, the Community Tutoring Foundation has offered workshops aimed at improving teaching excellence. The foundation has offered training for GED teachers and coordinators in Saba. The foundation continues to provide Saba with its GED expertise. In September 2008, the foundation also presented a ground-breaking remedial reading workshop open to all islands in the Caribbean.
Our teaching staff consists of two of the most progressive, innovative and experienced GED instructors. We have aimed at capturing the skills of these teachers through video tutorials and presenting this to you on gedsxm.com.
